id encourage less debate about each individual tweet in this thread for a bit- would be cool to have it be a bit of a live stream instead of a cluster frick while we are getting fresh info. just a suggestion.

Been following on Twitter during lunch. It's not good for Hsyes if he exited car with the gun in his hand.
He says Smith attacked him but I wonder how much credence that has since he had no injuries and the fact he had a gun in his hand.

lester - after seeing the last few tweets it does look that way. 4 people beating on him while he has gun in hand doesnt make much sense to me though, but i am still trying to wrap my head around the logistics of the scene once they get out of the cars.
