He was a Pro Bowler in 2012.

So we can go on record as you saying that Matt Ryan is a pro bowl caliber QB for the 2014-15 NFL football season?

That being said, you have no issues with the way the Saints D played today? They played a perfect game, it's just that PRO BOWL QB Matt Ryan out played them.

Got it

Sometimes, when I'm losing an argument, I like to pretend the other guy said something untrue.
That way, I can shoot it down.

But I choose not to do that.
You might follow suit.

Grats Atl on a good game. both defenses sucked balls, ours was just a bit worse.

fumbles are unfortunate. its just game 1. sure losing to Atl sucks, but its not the end of existence. some of you need to calm the frick down.

Thracken, just curious, are you a saints fan that's from Alabama?

If so, why?

Not starting an argument I'm just genuinely curious.. I haven't ever heard of too many auburn fans pulling for the saints

I grew up in Mobile and have been a saints fan since the mid 80's.

never cared for any other team except ours, and have been a faithful fan ever since.

Guess I'll RISE UP above the comment.

The stupid "Rise Up" motto. It makes no grammatical sense. The opposite would be "Descend Down", it's overly reduntantically redundant.

It seamlessly goes with flatbills, MARTA and faux leather and all other Falconesque things.

We'll revisit this issue at season's end.

Truthfully. Regardless- I just had to vent.

Sincere.

I thought it was a goofy slogan.

Admittedly, "Let's remove ourselves from the list of franchises that haven't been able to win a championship in the Super Bowl era" isn't quite as catchy, but "Rise Up" is just dumb.

Here's mud in yer eye!
(Which autocorrect would have me tell you "Here's mud in her eye!" and that's just rude.)

Bon nuit.

If he plays the rest of the season like he did today, he'll win the MVP.

Usually a close game and this time NO didn't win. 14-3 now. Lol. Today was ATL's only chance of beating us and they did it. Can't beat us in the real dome. Gonna be a fun season.
