I took a liberty with the name, since we aren't really looking for them, are we?

Great move by the Saints. I'm so glad they won the game with this whole tribute to him this weekend.

From what I'm reading about this disease, it had better be this year.

Now that I'm thinking about it...could the guy on the bottom left be Curtis Deloatch? If so, then awesome.

This organization will do him AND his family right. I'm confident of that.

Kudos to the Saints organization. Well done.

Good luck Steve and thanks for the memories.

The Saints organization got a lot of hell before Katrina about how they wanted to leave and such, most of it was Benson's fault. But after Katrina, this organization has more than made up for anything they did wrong. Really amazing to be a fan of this team right now. From top to bottom, they are 100% class. Proud to be a Saints fan, proud to give my $1,000 a season to those people. It's worth it.

Brees looks like his grandma dressed him for Sunday school. WTF is he wearing?

So fricking sad this had to happen to a class guy like Gleason. In the first pic, Payton and Shanle are far right.

Couldn't have said it better. I'm definitely on record as having major issues with Tom Benson in the past. Credit where it's due though, as the Saints organization has made incredible improvement, both on and off the field.

God bless ya, Steve. We're praying for ya.

Gleason said in Duncan's (awesome) article on Sunday that he wasn't sure he wanted to see everyone, because he would be envious and he wouldn't want their pity.

As competitive as he is, I wonder if he truly wanted a SB ring from a team he wasn't on. It's a hell of a classy move by the Saints, but I wonder how meaningful it actually is for him, or if it just feels like pity. I bet 100% he would have gotten his hands on that onside kick in the Super Bowl.

But anyway. Not trying to hate, just an observation. This is such an awesome gesture, and I'm genuinely touched that guys like Fujita took time out of their game week to come across the country and see him.

Hope he gives it hell. Life's a bitch sometimes.
