People assumed because Tagliabue dropped the player punishments, this meant they were innocent. That's just not what happened at all.

Pretty sure just the act of paying players under the table is in itself illegal. That's another thing some people don't get. And I know it wasn't pay for injury
not sure what we are arguing about then. While pay for performance may be illegal, that is not why the Saints go bent over. Many teams have ran pay for performance systems, and Tags actually defended pay for performances not too long ago
