Drew sounds exasperated with the lack of a deal and lack of communication. He says he's reached out at times and there was a lack of response.
When asked what was the holdup was, he used the word "number" as in he has a number in mind for what he wants.
He also said ESPN doesn't know shite
He said there seems to be no sense of urgency by the Saints.

He shouldn't have done this interview. No good is coming of this and it'll just cause fans to get even more concerned. But maybe that's what he wants. IDK

But its ridiculous that it would even come to that. This deal should've been done AT LEAST a year ago

Classic negotiation strategy - he's putting pressure on the org. to sign him now. Claims that the bounty bs has been a distraction so its imp that the team is all together now. Frankly, I hope this interview is what causes these talks to heat up.

He seems very down & depressed with the Saints organization. Almost like he is ready to throw in the towel and move on to other grounds. This isn't going to end well for Tom Benson. Benson risks alienating FA in the future for both the Hornets & the Saints if this continues.

He's already stating that he'll be ready even if he will misses OTA's, TC, etc
