Yes, because having Jimmy Graham would have us @ 2-0.

It was a good trade. Got a solid LB and a solid OL, plus got rid of a bad attitude.

Drew Brees ran for his life every time Unger snapped the ball.

And every deep pass was underthrown by 10 yards.

Remember when Saints Talk said the Jimmy graham trade was great because we got a center who will keep Drew from getting hit? How'd that work out for Drew today?

Graham wouldn't have helped us in either of these games

Max Unger is 15 feet from the LDE/LOLB.

That is not his fault.

Seeing that the 3 technique (McCoy) was the one getting pressure on Brees all day, the trade seems to have worked out well. The right guard and Strief definitely need work though.

the OL is old and is pretty worthless in a rebuilding effort

the trade only "works" if we were in "win now" mode. it's pretty terrible if we're not

And do you realize that the 2015 Saints and beyond were not winning a Super Bowl or even possibly making the playoffs with him?

Mike Webster in his prime could not make Zach Strief pass protect.
