Saints have won with a mediocre-bad rushing game before.
I can't help but think JG would have pulled in one of those last two passes.

Having a washed-up and a never-will-be as our guard tandem doesn't help.

ok our OL sucks. i won't argue that. however it leads ti this question: what's teh point of dealing our 2nd (when we only have 2) offensive superstars/weapons to acquire a piece that does nothing to help our OL?

And then he gets penalized for offensive pass interference.

Because the Saints are THAT desperate for adequate linebackers.

Mabye it's time for Kelemente and Peat. Can't be worse at this point.

Goodwin was finished and we just rolled with it. Unger is a huge improvement.

Unfortunately right now it looks like Evans is where Goodwin was last year and Lelito is worse than Grubbs.

Because Stephone Anthony is the first linebacker who can consistently shed blockers and tackle running backs since Jonathan Vilma in his prime.

Because they can't/don't/won't use him correctly doesn't mean we wouldn't. Kind of like how Byrd went from All-Pro to what he is for us.

If there is one offense Jimmy doesn't fit, it's the Seahawks.

yeah, i suppose but always felt brees would utilize him the best. poor graham, he never wanted to play for any other qb.

still though, he doesn't seem to be as elite

gronk has definitely regained/maintained #1 elite tight end status

He's gonna be so bad and such a cancer for the Seahawks that they will release him. The Saints, by virtue of having the worst record in the NFL will claim him off waivers and get him back. And then the Saints will have Graham, Unger and Anthony.

This was Mickey Loomis' plan all along.

We have the same record as the Seahawks. If you told me that at the beginning of the season I'd be so pumped!
