google 690 WIST you lazy arse. They do discuss national sports but i find they have better sound and interview clips than wwl. Plus they don't have commercials every other minute.
And another thing on wwl. Has anyone noticed that Shana rose, the news girl, can't fricking read. There is not one news update she can't get through with stumbling all over herself. I don't know how she has kept her job.

i really cant stand to listen to deke i'm like l most of you on here i think he is a prick. i like bobby because i know him personally i am from his hometown my dad serve in his dads wedding and his brother is one of my best friends but to be honest he is hard to listen to sometimes i do like when they have mike detiller on.as for wwl there is to many damn commercials.as for 690 am in the same time slot speaking of pricks there is no way in hell i could get myself to listen to corey johnson. i use to listen to1210 am baton rouge in the morning with jordy, then jimmy ott, then buddy songy like it because i am big lsu fan but most of the time it was the same callers everyday so it would get boring sometimes. now i listen to tim brando then the sportshangover except when they have the rick jones show on mondays i switch over to espn. i like eric asher when he talks about sports. keep on forgetting about jimmyv i think i will start listening to hhim instead of wwl

Why is it that WWL has 3 times the commercials as normal talk shows? I listen to my share of talk shows (Walton and Johnson, ESPN radio, etc) and none of them have that many commercials.

I take away something completely different. The last time I listened to wwl was a couple of weeks ago when Drew was doing his sad guy interview, and as I was waiting, I thought to myself "This radio station is like one big prank." Dumb host. Even dumber callers.

870 am -i like bobby but deke not so much and way too many commercial and news breaks.as far as the sports hangover eric asher is good but i cant stand that gus cantingille, he tries to be funny but he is an absolute idiot.
