Left guard: La’el Collins, Dallas Cowboys, 40.1

Collins wasn’t horrible in the pass-blocking phase, allowing a hit and two hurries. In the run game, however, he allowed six tackles, including a big one for a loss. Not an ideal day for a Cowboys’ offense that needed to rely on their run game.

Just for shite and giggles:

Slot receiver: Willie Snead, New Orleans Saints, 86.8

Even what could have been a critical fumble doesn’t keep Snead out of this team, thanks to catching all nine passes thrown his way for 172 yards and a touchdown. Snead was open all day against Oakland, and gained 51 of his yards after the catch.

Safety: Isa Abdul-Quddus, Miami Dolphins, 86.1

Abdul Quddus had good grades in both the run game and coverage versus Seattle, notching an interception as well as two defensive stops. He also broke up a pass intended for Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin in the third quarter.

But we need him and should have drafted him cause he was a first round lsuer.

The real guy we missed was Trai Turner but no one (but me) bitches about him. He is very studly and went in the third.

I've moved on from La'el Collins and now I'm annoyed we passed on Laremy Tunsil.

Our offensive line has played extremely well over the last 6 games.

Big reason Brees has 16 TDs to 1 int while averaging over 340 in that stretch

I haven't seen grades on him yet. They're out there. Maybe Hoodoo will come through.

Costs $1500 for PFF's old rankings now unfortunately. They sold out to the networks and teams

They have some new Fantasy football system where the grade a player on a 1-100 scale I believe. Not nearly as good though.

I'd like to see where Evans and peat graded out. My initial thoughts after the game were that they both played well, but I haven't seen much talk about either.

I honestly can't figure out PFF's new system for the life of me.

Same as always. Bunch of fans with no true football knowledge sitting around watching film and grading players without knowing the play call and assignments.

Sometimes they get it right, and sometimes they get it VERY wrong.

Good for guidelines. The new "system" isn't any different.

I don't know his PFF grade, but by my standards it was a perfect score. That OL was in shambles prior to his signing back, and they were outstanding Sunday. Peat held up at LG and Evans at RG.

I was one who wanted JE gone, but it does appear he is playing with something to prove... at least for 1 game. Let's hope this continues.

I wouldn't say perfect game, but overall a very good game for most of the line.

Strief had a couple of struggles with the speed rushers (NOT the sack fumble; that was on Brees), but he held up well enough to keep Brees clean.

I saw the backs miss a couple of pickups (don't remember who), but Brees was able to get rid of it.

Overall Brees was hit 4 times, only 3 of those on the line/backs.

I was referring to Evans. My grading system is this:

-OL sucked all preseason and created immense, justifiable fear among us all

-Evans has sucked the last couple of years and couldn't even make the terrible Seahawks roster

-Evans signs back with us in a desperate move

-OL plays great against one of the better if not top front 7's in the league

_Therefore, Evans played a perfect game on the Midget scale
