We picked him up late last year.

He really hasn't done much besides catching a deep pass every now & then. I assume that would be his ceiling for us. It's not like he had a shitty QB throwing him the ball in Detroit.
He's played 4 years. 2 years he didn't record any stats. In 2014 he had 14 catches, 212 yards, 1 TD. In 2015 he had 4 catches, 76 yards, 0 TD.
6 of his 18 catches were over 20 yards...I guess that's a good thing.

18 receptions 288 yards that was a sixth round pick 2 years ago. Seems like a camp body to me...

Lance Moore was talking him up on the radio the other day. Says he thinks he will make the team
hopefully they cut worthless Coleman

I was hoping that they would use one of those 2 3rd round picks, preferably the second of the two, on Henderson from LA Tech. That kid there, I don't know who got him, but he will be explosive in the league. He's like another Josh Reed with his build and all, but just more explosive and faster. He can catch it and elude you or break tackles with his solid build, and then take it to the house with his speed. If they would have had a 4th round pick they could have got him early in the 4th because I think he went early in the 4th round, I think. Kid is talented and would have been a weapon in the Saints offense with his playmaking ability opposite Snead and Thomas.

There is no words to describe how hard I rolled my eyes at this.

He went mid 3rd round(#82). Between our 2 3rd rounders(#76 & #103).
I would have been ok with him in the 3rd. Good player.

Okay, so he did go in the 3rd, thanks.

Yea, Reed was built much thicker...he's a converted RB. He relied on quickness, route running, & great hands. Damn hard to tackle as well.
Henderson blows him out of the water in terms of speed & athleticism. I think Henderson has a higher upside in the NFL...especially when you consider his return game.

No, Henderson is built like a RB, y'all must not realize that. He is solid at 5'11 and 210 and has broken lots of tackles after the catch running downfield. That's why I compared him to a Josh Reed.

Yep. Josh Reed sure did tear the NFL up.

I think sometimes when you look at stats you have to ask how often was the guy on the field and honestly how often was he the target...Probably rarely.
I mean you could do the same thing with Coleman. I bet he was not on the field for 15% of the Saints offensive plays. He may have been on the field for less than 25% of the passing plays. We pretty much had to go 4 wide to see Coleman on the field and then how many times was he targeted.

Coleman actually played about 32% of the offensive snaps. Meanwhile Cadet only saw about 21%.
But Cadet's usage was very predictable. He caught a pass every 6 plays he was in while being targeted every 4.5 snaps. He averaged 7 ypc. If you take out his longest catch of 25 that's drops a half yard to 6.5.
Coleman was targeted every 9.5 snaps, while making a catch every 14. But he was used heavily in the run game, while Cadet was used almost exclusively on 3rd down passes.
