2018: Deep playoff run, how do you draft?

Would you:
1. Continue to add parts for Drew/Defense
2. Draft a QB in the top 3 rounds (assuming we may trade back up into the 2nd)

Assuming Drew is still performing with little/no signs of decline, I resign him and continue to build the team around him. If a good QB presents himself at a pick worth it, do it, but don't force it. The whole Dak thing proves if you can have a good team waiting it really makes the process smoother.

Spending a top pick on a QB is such a risky proposition that I think you keep building around Drew to give the team the best chance to win now. The wash out rate of QBs is so worrisome to use a first round pick.

Both? Not hard to do both.
Looking at the offense, over the next 1-3 years we'll need a QB, C, FB, and speed WR. Maybe a TE too. QB heavily depends on what happens with Brees, but you probably want a guy sitting behind him for at least two years (unless he comes from pro style). FB isn't a high priority position.
Defense is a different beast from offense. Everyone is pretty young still so it's all about adding top end talent. A rush end, nose, and MLB should be at the top of the list (given if current picks and players work out). Those are the 3 positions that could have the biggest impact for us.
We could also be left needing another safety if Vaccaro leaves, and adding CBs is never wrong. If Anzalone and Williams don't work out we could need another OLB and safety.
I'd say for next year's draft the priority may be:
DE (rush end)
WR (speed)
OLB
CB
QB
DT (nose)
C and FB can wait at least one more year. QB would shoot to one if we lose Brees. Safety is on par with CB depending on Vaccaro staying or not and how Williams does. MLB also shoots up right behind DE if Klein doesn't work out.
