Complete roster trade along with assets. Should be a pretty small list.

Denver - Yes, only because of Jokic. He's just that good.

OKC is the other obvious leading candidate. They're already better than us and have lots of young talent plus the biggest war chest. However, I'm not a huge SGA guy. I'm hoping his flopping and running into people for fouls is exposed in the playoffs. Also, Chet is an injury waiting to happen. Williams seems legit though even if he looks like a WNBA player. Giddey is not that great IMO.

So would I? No, but I'd have to think about it.

Minnesota - Hell no. Want no part of KAT and Gobert is gonna fall off a cliff. Plus, they have no war chest.

Boston - Tough one. Bad contract for Brown. Porzingis is a major injury risk and Jrue is old. I'm going to say no.

Milwaukee - Maybe just for Giannis. I'm not a Dame guy. He'll be totally washed in another year or so and not much else on that roster.

Houston - Intriguing because of the play of Sengun. Not a Green or Smith fan at all though so no.

Kings - No

Mavs - Maybe for Luka. Rest of roster is meh.

So all things considered, I think Denver is the only team I make the roster swap for. After that is OKC.

if you pick DEN you have to pick BOS (assuming a ring is the goal)

We'll see. I know they're the favorite, but I wouldn't be shocked if they don't come out the East.

Tatum is good but is that THAT good? I don't know. He's definitely not Giannis, Luka, Jokic good.

And I just think that Porzingis won't make it through the playoffs and they'll get knocked off.

Milwaukee, Cleveland and maybe even the Heat could possibly beat them.

They make it to the Finals, no way they beat Denver. Lakers crazily would also beat them imo.

Only team to seriously consider is OKC. They are setup even more favorably than the Pels. Current roster makeup, Cap space and the plethora of future, 1st round picks are ridiculous for the Thunder.

Houston comes in a distant 2nd, but do they have their "star" player on the roster? Not so sure. Jalen Green and Segun? Idk.

Really don't like any other NBA roster compared to us. We got what we need to win a chip with a few tweaks...

Spurs have a young Wemby and Vassell

and will have two high 1sts this year

and potentially 3 high 1sts next year

they will be a legit threat in 5 years or so

i want to win now, so no deal - but i could see myself regretting that decision

Houston will be a problem in a couple. Not sure what assets they have.

The clear answer is OKC for future.

Right now, Boston or Denver for ring purposes.

Houston still has 2 (of 3) 1sts and 2 (of 4) first round swaps with the Nets from the Harden deal.

They won that for sure.

Trying to take bias out of it.

OKC. You have to do OKC.

Boston. Getting a championship is the goal and Boston looks like a semi lock to win one this year, which would make the trade worth it.

Milwaukee. This one is a toss up. I love Giannis.

Denver. I would almost argue no simply because I'm not sure they get another chip. I could be dead wrong on that but I just don't see it. But it's not like we're guaranteed a chip so which team would you rather watch/better outlook.

Houston. Nope.

Kings. Nope.

Mavs. Nope. I have a hard time seeing Luka ever winning a title and him and Kyrie are two of my least favorite players in the league so I wouldn't want that one just off of that. I said I'd take bias out of it but I can't with players i can't stand.

A team I think needs to be thrown into the mix is Utah. Simply based on draft capital. They have I think 11 first round draft picks in the next 4-5 years. You could turn those into gold. They are sitting very pretty, better than anybody in the NBA as far as assets go.

San Antonio is a good add.

My list would in order would be.

Would trade with

1. Denver

Would consider trading with

2. OKC
3. San Antonio
4. Milwaukee

Probably wouldn't but would at least consider
5. Boston
6. Houston

This is kinda crazy. They have WAY more draft assets than us and anyone, and are already a higher seed than us.

f the goal of the exercise is win a title, then BOS and DEN are very obvious choices.

I'd say OKC is an obvious choice too, but below BOS and DEN.

From there it's tough. I don't trust Dame in MIL. You get Giannis, so that alone is nice but just not sure.

I think PHI has a ton of cap space this offseason, right?

DAL just cause of Luka is in the mix

SAS, same as Luka, on the list just because of Wemby

But I think there are only 3 obvious ones. Obviously that changes as the years go by and the big market teams do what big market teams do, but right now, I only see 3.

Win now teams of Denver and Boston

Young teams that are exciting and have a good future. OKC, Houston, spurs.

Idk if I’d trade with spurs and Houston rn because I like winning but their future is very bright

But we have the best player IMO. Zion will be better than SGA

Agree and I will add on Houston

Amen Thompson and Cam Whitmore are both legit and Jalen Green has been playing like an all star for the past 3 weeks or so. He’s not dead in the water yet. Udoka has gotten through to him.

Dude there is no way I would trade this roster for Houston’s. Come on man. They have some decent guys but we definitely have the better roster in my opinion.

Sengun is the only legit guy who MAY be an all star currently on the roster. Jalen green has sucked all year except the last 2 weeks. Amen great defender but can’t shoot a lick. Whitmore is good but also inconsistent. Not to mention they’re not even currently a top ten team in the west.

OKC for sure.

Magic would be a dark horse choice. Very young stars.

A large chunk of OKC’s chest of picks are protected picks, so they’re not as valuable as they look on the surface.

Also something about OKC just feels alot Sacramentoish to me, where they’re overachieving but will be a quick playoff exit and drop back down to earth next season, especially as the NBA is starting to put more of an emphasis on defense and not rewarding players for just throwing their heads back trying to get a foul call.

I have to say, there are a couple players I would swap out, but I do love our roster and think we have a top 5 roster in the NBA, so there’s not much I would trade.

THIS

SGS is gonna get exposed when he can't flop at will.

And Chet is gonna get broken in half.
