When was last time all teams from division made playoffs?

I actually thought he meant december of Indianapollis. It is the Declaration of Independence. You do not shorten it!

2006. It would be the 3rd time ever. 1986(Midwest), 2006(Central). However this would be the first time ever all 5 teams had a winning record.
