Tyreke is fine, but his passing could improve. The amount of open 3s we could rain if he learned to pass better would be nuts.

Keep him unless we're getting Green or Batum.

Most people freak out about Reke because his bad games can look really bad. I still say if they can even him out he is very important to this team.

I have no problem with this. Unless you get an offer you can't refuse its too early to move core pieces.

i mean 4/15 and at least 5-6 shots were just hail mary throw them up kind of shots would do that.

I believe when he drives, not once all season has he passed it out.

He's also been all star caliber in three of our last four games. There's a lot there that's positive as well as the obvious negatives. Enter coaching

Evans playing his better ball is everything we are looking for

Tyreke is #3 in team points per game on drives at 13.2 behind only Harden and Ty Lawson. Tyreke is scoring 6.3 points per game on drives meaning over half the points he produces on drives are assists he makes to other players. LINK Now this figure was a lot worse earlier in the season, he may not have even been top 10 and most of the points produced were his IIRC.

Evans plays better when AD or Anderson isn't in the lineup dating back to last season

He had a bad November and a good December

Last season he has like 4 bad months and finished strong the last two months

When I say bad I mean his inefficient volume shooting. If he can consistently be the "good" tyreke then he would be fine

Good, he's driving his value up.

Fact of the matter is, this team needs to make a change because this roster isn't set up to consistently win games. Of our core players, Tyreke is probably the one that would be easiest to move.

Moving Tyreke doesnt make a lot if sense to me unless Gordon is healthy and playing well.

Depends on what you get in return.

I think the only benefit is getting a true SF. It doesn't really matter if we don't have Gordon filling in with what you lose without Tyreke.

Or bolstering the bench.

I'm thinking long term. This team is maxed out on cap and isn't good enough to make the playoffs, you have to turn someone on the roster into something that we want with the team once Gordon's contract comes off the books.

What is considered an adequate amount of depth for a contending NBA team?

With a young team like we have I do not want to trade away an above average starter like Tyreke for some bench players.

My only concern is I wish we had more of a defensive forward to shut down the long wings in the league. If Gordon comes back I feel he alongwith Holiday can make up for the penetration we would lose from Evans. I would rather trade Gordon, but he I dont see how he can be moved at the moment.

Last time I was on this board, which was like last week, 99% of the board was in agreement Tyreke was the problem with this team, and probably would have contributed a nice chunk of change to have him taken out. Amazing how a couple good games can so quickly change people's opinions.

Now is the perfect time to trade him, before he starts bricking those layups again. I'm glad I know now this entire franchise is willing to chain itself to Tyreke's sinking ship, because I can stop paying attention to them now. No way AD stays here to keep playing with Tyreke. Just like I've done with Les Miles at LSU, I'll start watching Pels games again once Evans is gone.

Well yeah, if we're talking perfect world scenarios, I'd love to trade Russ Smith for Lebron James with Cleveland eating the cap difference.

But this is real world and our two most valuable trade chips are Reke and Ryno.
