He's miles and miles away from our terrible medical staff. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he plays every single game for the rest of his career. What luck we have.

You're a fricking idiot. Gordon is solid. Problem is we have a non existent medical staff. Saying dumb arse shite like "hell blow his knee out at some point" shows the disgusting desperate nature of this pathetic fan base in the sense that you are banking on Gordon blowing his knee out to disprove the idea that the rockets made a good signing. Have you not noticed the success of some 75% of players who leave this organization? Get the frick out of here with that, I hope you blow your knee out desperate frick.

It is easy to say that now. Gordon needed a change and he is really good fit in Houston.

was easy to say that before. He was the one guy I would have preferred to keep as a potential long term piece.

Outside of AD, he was our most consistent guys the last few years as well as one of the healthier few..

Not a terrible decision. In addition to the injury issues there was him being a defensive liability. If you're trying to win by having the best offense like Houston is he's a good fit, if you're trying to win by having at least an average defense Gordon won't work. He's just in a better situation for him.

I'd argue that Anderson's offensive skill set is what this team is missing more than Gordon's. But the bottom line is you couldn't do what this team wants to do with Gordon and Anderson dragging the defense down.

There was no decision to be made. Gordon and the Pelicans were parting ways when his contract expired. Period.

Good god based on the comments here I think this organization needs to win and win soon before someone gets killed on this thread.

This board would've had a CNN Election Day meltdown if Gordon was handed the contract he received. It was all rainbows about Moore being a two way player that EG never was. You guys roasted the Rockets as memory serves

They got exactly what we expected them to get. Tons of 3s and zero defense. Coming off the bench is beneficial for them.

They're a deeper team than us for now.

Not sure why the mentality in fandoms is any player released, traded, or just not retained has to suck in order for it to be a good move. Like this wasn't the best outcome for all parties.

He wasn't well liked here, we wanted defense, and now we've got a path to the future. Sure, we'd score more if we kept him, but our defense would continue to be putrid. I guess that's a welcome trade off when you're stupid.

Every point he makes, he gives up on the other end. Houston can keep him
