Right now I'm thinking sign Noah cheap and pay Barnes. You probably overpay for Harrison but he's what we need.

Noah is pretty close to being done physically. I think he goes to a contender as a backup.

As for Solomon Hill, why do people think he's going to be some savior... Qpon is better than him...

No one thinks he will be a savior. He's just a budget rotation 3/4 with some upside that we actually could have a chance with because we can overpay and offer minutes to come here. We don't have anyone who can guard 3&4 and he fits the bill with decent defense plus high energy and more skilled offensively than Gee. He's a limited player, but can split some minutes at the 3 with Q and play the 4 in smaller lineups.
Jrue - Moore - Qpon - Hill - AD would be a pretty good defensive small ball lineup.

Not my ideal lineup, but I'll tell you the best possible semi-realistic lineup:
Jrue/Reke/Frazier
Gordon/Hield/Reke
Qpon/Reke/Babbitt
AD/Ryno/DC
Asik/Ajinca
The Pels best chance at getting back to the playoffs in 16/17 is bringing the entire team back + the #6 pick and an MLE guy, plus praying that we don't get fricked by injuries. Fortunately, based on Ryno and EG's comments (recent and years ago, respectively), neither will be interested in coming back. That will prevent Dell/Loomis/Benson from doing what they want to do, which is be as good as we can be now, future be damned.
Seriously, though. Going over the cap keeping Ryno/EG + MLE guy will be more talent than we'll get letting them go.
