Unless they got beef, coaches don't like other coaches getting fired. With us finally "breaking through" it's not gonna be a popular move.

We blew a 20 point lead at home in the 4th quarter in a must win game . Only way I was going to get over it was to fire monty

Ya, I remember how hard they played in losses to Detroit, Philly, NYK and Boston when they should have won each game. Also blowing 20 pt games against Portland and to GS in the playoffs. The team should have had 50 wins this year and been the 7th seed and that is with the injuries this team had. I probably missed maybe 3 or 4 games this year on TV and I highly doubt outside of the playoffs any of the talking heads ESPN is bringing on watched 3 to 4 entire games.

I agree with him. I'm just not sure if Monty was the guy to take us to the promised land. Hopefully we make an upgrade with the next hire because I was in favor keeping Monty as I thought we were making good progress.
