One other downside of this disastrous season that just hit me, is that if we do try and make a change at the GM and possibly the coaching position, we have likely killed our appeal to elite prospects unless we somehow luck into the first pick.
I can't see a guy like Thibs or JVG honestly wanting to come here anymore.
Which is unfortunate because Thibs has seemingly been on a league wide tour trying to improve his grasp of the offensive side of basketball. He sounded like a man reborn on Bill Simmons podcast and if he can marry his proven defensive systems with a modern offense.....Watch the frick out!

Honestly turn this team into a solid defensive unit and you're fine. Even Monty made this group into an efficient top 10 ortg offense.
