Bazemore is looking at $16-18m probably. Atlanta only has his Early Bird Rights, so in order to go over the cap to retain him then they can only offer around $6m.
If Horford signs elsewhere they have the cap room to bring him back. If he re-signs with the Hawks they can go over the cap to keep him, but would have to move other pieces to retain Bazemore at his current asking price. They have roughly $20m in cap space right now so it's tight.
