The comparison wasnt Mac to Hitler. It was guy criticizing Mac to guy criticizing Hitler.
Hitler is a common comparison because it extrapolates faulty logic to the absurd. Most people just do what you do and say "Youre saying hes Hitler!!" and the point is lost.

Dude's always been an a-hole. Don't make excuses about "walking in other people's shoes" and crap MM. I don't see any other Pels' writers having the same issues with the fan base that you do. I don't see any other Pels' writers go off on unintelligent, emotionally charged, rants on their website's twitter that causes them to unaffiliate themselves with said twitter account.

I do recall him saying that he didn't want to post here because he was sensitive to "homophobic" and "sexist" remarks that were apparently acceptable here.
I'm not sure where he saw those, but they aren't very prevalent.
