Is it bad luck? How can the Saints and Pels consistently lead their leagues in injuries?

Obviously, it’s NOT a coincidence or bad luck. Something is seriously wrong with the medical staff and or the way players are scouted.

There’s no way two professional teams in the same city can randomly be the most injured in their respective leagues.

Oschner may be the scapegoat. IDGAF. They need to go.

I always think about the time Ochsner doctors almost performed heart surgery on Q-Pon because of a clerical mistake.

Said it before, time to switch. The next biggest healthcare in Nola is LCMC, who just added Tulane to their portfolio….

My family’s own personal experience with Ochsner was not confidence inspiring to say the least

The Pelicans - like the Saints - are cursed.

They should treat every game like a loss, and if we win you laugh it off and day "welp, can't lose em all!".. all the way to the championship game

This whole board was taking victory laps early on, while also making jokes about the Lakers and their injury issues. The bball gods finally had enough

I think part of the issue with the Saints is that they just add injury prone players.

Hmmm. I cannot believe it is the doctors as much the training staff when it comes to injuries. I think the medical staff at Ochsner should be evaluated by the outcomes of injuries they are treating. The injury is not their fault they are just treating it.
I do not know how involved they are on the day to day training and all that encompasses.

Exactly. You can blame poor recovery on the medical staff but it’s the training and performance staff that should be in charge of injury prevention.

Bad Luck. This team has been consistently injury prone since it got here as the New Orleans Hornets. If it's not Baron Davis and Jamal Mashburn, it's Tyson Chandler and Peja Stojakovic, CP3, AD, Zion, Jrue, Ryan Anderson, Tyreke Evans, etc. I always said New Orleans teams are cursed. Even going back to the days of the Saints and NOJazz.
