You'd probably have to do the deal, but it's got to be first of 1-2 more deals.

Acquire assets
????????????
Profit

It's more about paying 20 mil to 2 guys who can do the same thing. Neither of which can shoot

Theyve got 3 already.

How many basketballs you think they will play with?

And I guarantee Derozans ball wont find Davis nearly enough for anyone

If this move doesn't go with a move to get rid of Gordon, then I agree, it is a stupid trade and it shouldn't happen

But if they move Gordon for a big + this trade, I'm not sure how you don't jump on that

I am not crazy about DeRozan as far as a fit, but

I think he would be another nice piece for a bigger move

So what's part 2? Like I said this it the type of trade you have to make to get value so even if the rumor isn't legit it seems plausible. Would part 2 be Gordon for Al Jefferson? What bigs are both decent and available for the price of Gordon?

I would make man milk. No way Charlotte does that.

You are trying to kill me tonight with these trades.

Luckiky, Charlotte has no reason to do that.

I don't really know how the market works well enough to make a good guess, but I would assume a big like Jefferson is out of the question

I dunno, maybe something along the lines of a Spencer Hawes or maybe Pekovic with another piece or two

I don't see Pek happening with how K-Mart is playing this year though

Hawes seems like a good fit for both teams though

Last season. You got any current numbers?

We all know Gordon has injury issues

Didn't realize that was a season ago. Derozan is playing better this year than last though.

I would love to get Varajao. I really like Tristan Thompson too, but Cleveland just extended his contract so I doubt they'd let him go.

Varajao/Waiters for Gordon/Rivers works, numbers wise. FYI. Not saying it would be a deal or not.

They are about the same this year. Derozan is having the better year, but not by much.

I dont mind Derozan if they are moving Gordon/Evans. Not a huge fan of his and he doesnt play good defense, but hes a solid player. Just makes absolutely no sense if they still have Gordon/Evans on the roster.

Derozan has carried his team's offense and been forced to takea lot of difficult shots. He's a solid inch and a half taller than reke and a better athlete. When he dribbles, he's looking to score, unlike reke.

Dude has a lot more MJ in him than anyone else on our team. If I'm comparing derozan and EG, derozan is a poor man's MJ and EG is a poor man's gail goodrich. Dude brings a lot of energy and passion. I'd love for him to replace EG or tyreke. Him and reke are both poor 3 point shooters, but we've also got a 3 point shooting PF and no bigs that get to the rim.
