Come home, CP3. New Orleans is your destiny.

Good thing he forced a trade to play for a title.

I've been pretty solid in my hate for chris ever since he almost totally fricked up ad's knee, but even I wouldn't be opposed to him coming down here. He's the perfect pg to pair with ad/boogie

But has made more money, averaged far more wins per year, had more playoff series wins, got to live in a better city for he, his wife, and his kids. And has had more post basketball opportunities open up. I mean, who would you rather have hooking you up with opportunities as you change careers-- Steve Balmer or the comatose candy man Tom Benson?

It was the right move. Now, the NEXT move is debateable, but He made the right move last time

Never said it wasn't. I figured you to be at least a tad more intelligent than to put words in people's mouths.

A potential CP3 homecoming scares the hell out of me. How could you say no if he said he'd come back? At the same time would the Pels be cold blooded enough to say no in 4 years to another long max deal? Even if you got 2 great years and 4 good-useful years out of CP3, would it be worth suffering through 3 albatross years when AD/DC are 31ish and nearing the end of their prime team carrying years? That's when you want to reload, not get saddled down. The answer to is it worth it is probably yes, but it's still a less than ideal scenario.

It's not ideal, but put it up every single option and it's the best

Pels will never win a title regardless. But you make a ton of money (it's a business first) and you become more nationally relevant than if say you re-signed Jrue or brought in Rubio, etc

It is the definition of a no brainier. You couldn't say no if it was an option. It would be like if Apple refused to bring back Jobs.

I can't see Chris Paul walking away from LA because of all the opportunities off the court.

But in terms of basketball, a core of CP3/AD/DC has a better shot at winning it all than the current core of the clippers. I think The core we would have with CP3/AD/DC would be able to attract the type of minimum veteran free agents that teams like golden state and Cleveland attract. So we could definitely assemble a great deal of depth around that.

Which happens first: You see a vagina or the Pels win a title?

Paul has appeared in 76 career playoff games, that's the most appearances in history without getting to the conference finals.

You guys still playin' his game. Which means you like him...

You really dont appreciate that he gives some inside info? You may not. Have in mind that other users do.

Especially now when we have no Verrier. And there is no Stein (respected by FO)...

What inside info has he produced?

What he has brought to this board has been 0.5% inside info, 15% conjecture, 20% common sense, 64.5% hot air/douchebaggery.

Agree with the rest. But it still some inside info.
Was it on forum, twitter or podcast.
I dont like this other stuff too...

You have Jim E who is a Pels worker and will never give you headlines. Still love his work.

You have Jake Madison who is doing great work but is not a headliner.

And Kush. Who is part time Pels writer. Who has other job. But still has time to do Pels stuff. And even give some inside infos.

This is why I like what MM gives sometimes.
I am working at the university. Maybe this is why I am more open to other 'characters'.
Like it or not - some of Pels fans at least read/listen to his stuff.
He has some history.

EJ and Kaman things. His last tweets about Pels expected range of Jrue offer etc
