I'm an NBA fan and I've never heard of these two jabronis. I feel like we way overpaid for some very underwhelming players.

Moore has already helped the Pels get into the playoffs once before

You must not be that big of a fan if you've never heard of these two.

Also how could you feel they overpaid if you know nothing about them?

I definantly feel like hill got overpaid. He can be a good role player but he's not the answer at SF.

Trust Dell. He came from the Spurs system. It's all part of the genius plan.

Hill - C
can either be an A or F in a year
still a relative unknown offensive guy
smart passer
good defender

Moore - A
He is what we've been hoping EG would become when his athleticism was sapped.
Can shoot (36.9 3pt shooter, 45.2% last year)
can defend (people call him a "tony allen" type guy, smart, can set defenses, and hustles)
knows what to do with the ball (1.7 APG to 0.9 TOV - career 2:1 ratio)

About what I expected

Pretty terrible, but probably the best we could realistically get

Moore will be good off the bench. Hill....yeah I guess they had to get a SF somewhere. All the decent ones weren't going to play in New Orleans. I guess he'll work

Not sure how I possibly see us being any better than last year adding these 2 and probably losing (at least) Gordon and Anderson

The shooting is easy enough to replace. Buddy should be able to fill in for Gordon and while we don't have anyone that can create his own offense like Ryno, if QPon returns he and Moore add 2 more wings that can shoot 3s. The biggest problem is what 504ByrdGang talked about how we have no creators besides Jrue, especially if Tyreke is injured or traded. Gentry's "I don't want a ball dominator" offense needs to work or this team will have problems scoring points. It should be worlds better defensively though.

If we keep Jrue, AD and Reke heathly then we already will be better than last year. Factor in better scoring around them with Hield and Moore, plus this players are better defensively too. Def will be better than last year

I disagree. I think this team will be much better than last year. People often look at how the rosters look on paper and just think more talent = more wins

But in reality, having guys in their correct roles is far more important. It's why Portland was far better than the sum of its parts last season. AD is clearly our high usage guy, followed by Jrue. Buddy is our floor spacer and everybody else hustles, defends, and takes the open shot when they get it

Now, they will also have to have incredible injury luck with the top 3 or 4 guys because the drop off is so big behind them. But we are due for some injury luck, no?

30 million is the new 5 million with NBA contracts because of the new cap room.

You're a casual NBA fan if you never heard of these 2 players. These can be 2 good role players in our system.
