Well played by the Pels and Orlando, assuming either is interested in Thibs

Is it possible Bulls were scared of Pelicans snatching up Hoiberg and decided to end it quickly?

I would love Thibs, but I'm starting to really like the idea of JVG. Not sure who i'd prefer, but kind of leaning towards JVG

Orlando was rumored to have had a wink wink deal in place with several weeks left in the season. On top of that they are rumored to be willing to pay him $7-$8 million. If any of that is true Scott Skiles is about to get left at the altar.

Same here, except I am little more in favor to JVG.

Too bad SVG isn't available.

I'm happy with either Thibs or JVG

Also, Thibs 1 Bulls 0

Makes you wonder if the Skiles talk was being used to force Chicago's hand. Basically, you can release Thibs now and not have to pay him when we hire him, or you can be vindictive for no good reason and eat his salary when you hire Hoiberg.

2 days after the Bulls officially became the team that gave the Cavs the biggest fight in the east.

And, of course, they were a shot away from being up 3-1.

Just who the frick do the Bulls think they are??
