Beating a team that is 15-20 is an accomplishment? Trolololol

Well it has become obvious that the Austin Rivers gif has more than started to gain steam now.

Okay, now that's funny. Sorry, but comparing Harden to Lebron is way worse than any Gordon/Harden comparison. Are we going to compare him to Shaq next?

How much of a hard on does arguing on the internet give you? You are a huge, contrarian tool.

I said he was the closest thing to Lebron James. If you want to have one of your stupid internet arguments, name the player who is closest to Lebron and maybe then I will humor you with a rebuttal.

You are really disappoint.

Melo is much closer to Lebron than Harden.

I don't think Melo is a good comparison

Don't want to clog a hornets thread with this. I'll start a thread on the MSB. Could be some good arguments made for a few players

Aww, did I hurt his widdle feewings? Sorry, I'm going to call a spade a spade.

And it is still a stupid statement. When was the last time James Harden lined up at the 4?

This is a stupid exercise. Nobody is like Lebron. That's the point. Lebron is a solid 3-4 inches taller than Harden. Twins separated at birth, right?

Obviously no one is like lebron

Hence "closest".

And harden has 2-3 inches on Gordon. When's the last time Gordon played the 3!

Without shoes:

Gordon is 6'2"
Harden is 6'4"
Lebron is 6'8"

6'8" - 6'4" = 4"
6'4" - 6'2" = 2"

2" < 5"

Well, he was defending Harden last night and shut him down until he rested... And when did Harden suddenly become a SF? He's been a SG his entire career.

Yeah, im implying Harden is strictly a SF Harden played the 3 some in OKC. It was a response to this

SF is definitely his primary position, but he does play some 4 in certain lineups and has shown a competent post game this year, which he's working to develop.

Also, Lebron owned Harden in the finals last year. Harden could not stop him. Last night, Gordon did a damn good job on Harden. Gordon definitely had a terrible night offensively, but that was more a product of an off shooting night than lockdown defense.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know of a site that looks at stats vs. a specific defender in a game?

I know. I was saying that Harden does similar with moving from the 2 to the 3.

Lebron is head and shoulders the best player in the NBA and I wasn't saying otherwise. No one can guard him.

So Harden scored 25 on 50% shooting and Gordon did a good job, but Gordon goes 2-12 and it was because of an off shooting night?

Harden dominates smaller guards, both offensively and defensively.

NOLA won so it doesn't really matter but cmon.
