Sure if these writers watched the playoff last season they saw Harden lead his team to WCF down 2 starters. Davis couldn't even win a game. Seems like an easy decision.
I reckon they aren't taking things like leadership and making teammates better into account in these rankings and are like some of the lesser educated posters here who thinks PER tells the whole story.

So, where would you have Harden ranked? 3rd? He can't be ranked above LeBron or Curry because they went further in the playoffs than Harden. Thompson also went further than Harden in the playoffs, maybe he should be ranked ahead of him too

3rd is fair, yes. Thompson ? Lol he don't run that team. He don't lead that team. Players who take more responsibility on their shoulders get more credit. And team success can be used when players are close. Like a tie breaker. When the players aren't close no you don't go to the team success.
