scale of 1-10, how pissed would you guys be if he plays in the AS game?

The All-star game is running up and down and dunking a couple time. He could seriously play 10-15 minutes and not take any contact. Not the same case against the Pacers tonight.

This team is dumb they want to keep AD healthy for when he leaves. They sit him for any little reason but let him play in the asg.

and he is my favorite player right now. THAT is contrary to the meaning of the game IMO.

I grew up that you don't practice you don't play.

If he's healthy, let him play. There's a week off now. Davis is 21. He was the 3rd leading vote getter in the league. This is a coming out party for him. He's earned it; let him enjoy it if he's healthy.

No one will be playing any defense or contesting lobs anyway

I don't see the big deal

He'll play like 10 minutes in it if that and it's nearly a week away.

0.

He's the face of the franchise & the future of the NBA. Have no problem with him playing a little in the all star game.

So if you didn't "practice" on Wednesday you didn't play on Sunday? That's stupid.

Well maybe if he'd been rehabbing last night instead of being at the LSU game

Just hoping he, Jrue, and Ryno make it back by the first game after the break. Magic/Heat/Raptors/Nets/Heat is a winnable stretch if we're at full strength.

Does the Rose Rule come in to play here? Does it matter if he starts and plays or gets voted a starter? Is that a possible reason?

Good question. I have no idea.

Ultimately, I doubt it will matter. Davis will be on an All NBA team this year and next, and is a good bet to win MVP in that span too. He's getting a Rose Rule max.
