This is his plan, but he reportedly won't go all-in (meaning Tatum) without a commitment from Kyrie. Maybe he is just negotiating, but it is a compelling narrative. At some point soon (Monday latest), Griffin will have to call his hand to see if Ainge is bluffing.

Possibly. But from a logic standpoint, Ainge might shift resources elsewhere as opposed to giving up everything for AD and watching Kyrie still walk. Maybe he is negotiating, but maybe he really is not willing to risk moving Tatum for AD without having Kyrie as an anchor to keep AD.
