Arcade Fire.
That shite makes less than zero sense.

Haven't thought of them in years. On the Loose!
Mine was Foreigner at the Warehouse in NOLA. Band was fine but Lou Gramm was off key all night. Likely couldn't hear.

Ive seen some great live shows from Ryan Adams, but he has also put on a couple of duds... back when he used to act like a petulant, little brat..

David Allan Coe- Casino in Vicksburg in the early 90's. He was drunk, someone from the crowd was wanting some of the X songs, he got pissed and walked off the stage after 20 minutes. frick him

Everclear
Saw them in Shreveport and they were beyond horrible. Half the band looked like they didn't want to be there. Going through the motions with zero energy. Art Alexakis apologized to the crowd midway through their set (it was that bad).
Junior, local band, opened for them a blew them out of the building (crowd chanted for them to encore and NOT Everclear).

Tool - they "sounded" okay, but just stood around. Pretty boring show all around.

I've been to my share of concerts but could only remember one truly disappointing concert, until you mentioned DAC. Had the displeasure of seeing him at Billy Bob's about 2003 and he was horrible, just a drunken mess.
The only other bad concert I remember was A Perfect Circle at Will Rogers in 2001. I was really excited for the show but it was the worst sound I've ever heard at any show to this day. It was just a big wall of distortion and never improved, literally couldn't make out a MJK lyric all night. I'm a little mad talking about it 15 years later it was so bad.

Like other poster said, 2006 RHCP at voodoo was awesome.

The Doors at The Bank in Torrance, CA. They played for maybe 40 minutes, finishing their set just as we were coming on to the acid we dropped especially for the occasion. Ray Manzarek was in hippie dipshite mode, talking about how groovy and far out the scene is, can you dig it, far out man.
Skiing in Colorado and the Doors movie had just came out and we were talking about it because it was cool in high school at the time...and this guy rips into us how he saw them live and how boring and lame they were and if you wanted to see a real show back then, you saw the Stones.
He then went on a tirade about Oliver Stone and how phony that movie was...and how overrated the Doors were becoming because of it.

They were a hit-or-miss live band. I saw them maybe 4 times and only once were they worth the money.

Rage Against The Machine, NOLA, 2000 I think.
Worst concert ever.
Opening bands were some horrible rap group, then some whiny Progressive anti-American band that bitched about Bush for 30 minutes in between horrible punk riffs.
Rage comes on, plays a 45 minute set, then leaves. Sucked so fricking hard.
After TBOLA was released, I thought they were about to reel off several great albums. After that show, I told my brother that they would break up soon. Sure enough.

Aerosmith in 1978. The sound quality was horrid; Joe Perry and Steven Tyler were so loaded they could barely perform.
