I can tell when these music fans ARE NOT music fans. You can't catagorize one bad rap song with all the others. There are rap songs out that speak positivity AND use live instrumentation.

but but but all rap music sounds the same!

I think some people are not intelligent enough to understand rap music.

Some rap is good, some is bad. This can be applied to any style of music. As previously stated, most old people don't listen to rap because they don't relate to it. I would bet that most black people aged 50+ don't listen to it either. But don't get your panties in a wad about it. Who gives a rat's frick? I don't ever see a black person pass by in their car blaring Merle Haggard, Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, etc. My guess is because they don't relate to that type of music. I don't recall ever hearing them blare death metal either.

But I bet you would find more white people at a Kanye West concert than black people at a George Strait concert. So the race argument is just the wrong conclusion.

I am 37 and still listen to new shite. Not nearly as much, except to work out.

When you grew up on Run, Rakim, Fat Boys, etc it doesnt just leave you.

My first concert ever was Geto Boys at the Cajun Dome in 92.

By all means, let's go several rounds on how what I said is ignorant. Speaking in generalities, perhaps, but I love hearing about my ignorance from the intellectually inferior.

The argument that you are racist if you don't listen to rap music is prob one of the worst in TD history
