Life in a Northern Town - Dream Academy.

Pretty sure that was produced by David Gilmour.

I would say Pseudo Echo's cover of "Funky Town" or "You Don't Want Me Anymore" by Steel Breeze.

Melanie (RIP) Brand New Key. Lay Down is a really good song too but hardly a "hit.

Melanie had 6 Top 40 songs, including 2 Top 10 (Brand New Key #1, Lay Down #6). Hardly a One Hit Wonder.

The Knack had 3 Top 40s. My Sharona #1, Good Girls Don't #11 and Baby Talks Dirty #38.

A certain One Hit Wonder in the US. I also really like I Love You Goodbye (which never charted). Although he does think there are counties in La.

Blue Sky Mine
Power and the Passion
The Dead Heart

Blue Sky mine got to #47 and Dead Heart made it to #53. If the standard is a Top 40 hit, Beds Are Burning is their only hit by that metric.

Vanilla Ice's Ice ice Baby. Anywho, what says you?

People forget he had two Top 5 songs. Ice Ice Baby was the B-side to Play That Funky Music. It was re-released after Ice Ice Baby took off and went to #4. (And he was sued over both songs for not crediting the original songwriters)

They had another Top 10 hit. "This Time I'm In It For Love"

My favorite One Hit Wonder? "Fooled Around And Fell In Love" - Elvin Bishop

guess that depends on how you define "hit"

Change is probably their best song, but it never even charted.

I love Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up." He still embraces it and it's awesome.

I'll go 90's and beyond.

Biz Markie--Just a Friend
House of Pain--Jump Around
Luniz--I got 5 on it
Wheatus--Teenage Dirtbag
Fountains of Wayne (sadly they only had one hit)--Stacy's Mom
Chamillionaire--Ridin Dirty
