Seems like Saint Vitus is the new CBGB. Its in the hipster part of Brooklyn and all the underground bands play there.

She would be pretty hot without all the tats, from what I can tell. Unfortunately, she's covered in them.

They blew me away when they opened for The Sword. She has one of the most amazing voices I've heard in a long time. I didn't even realize it was a girl until about the second song when I got a better view.

Just listened to sHeavy's 2002 'Synchronized' and Causa Sui's 2007 'Free Ride' albums.

Holy frick, talk about maximum fricking rock n' roll.

Seems Causa Sui got a vocalist, too, btw.

I can't remember what's been posted in this thread but anyways, I like to get on the Youtube channel of Stoned Meadow of Doom b/c he post everything imaginable in the genre.

The scandinavians are killing it. I came across this quirky but awesome album. It hits about everything. One second pounding sludge then a catchy guitar riff into some 80's sounding B movie soundtrack song then into some harmonizing vocals. To me it sounds like if Yes turned into a sludge band.
