Check out Railroad Earth or Leftover Salmon.
I think Railroad Earth will be what you are looking for. Greensky and Railroad are both under the progressive bluegrass/jam genre.
Railroad Earth- Been Down this Road

Railroad Earth- Mighty River

Railroad Earth- Bird in a House

Railroad Earth-Like a Buddha

^^^my favorite video that I posted. Live from the Fillmore

Start with Rhonda Vincent; she's the Queen of Bluegrass and it's not even close.

Alison Krauss & Union Station
Dan Tyminski
Bill Monroe
The Stanley Bros

Underrated - Tommy Shaw of Styx did a bluegrass album & it's pretty good.

This.

Have also been listening to Chatham County Line.

If you want to try something different, Steve Martin's bluegrass band (Steep Canyon Rangers) is good and so is Ed Helms' band (The Lonesome Trio).
