I would move Bad Religion to the top but otherwise I like that list. I just don't like NOFX though. Never really have.

Personal preference...I would throw Scream in somewhere on that list but they're more in the 30-year range. Same goes for the Germs.

Finch was cool but none of those were punk bands.

It starts with Pennywise and Bad Religion. Throw in some Bad Brains below that.

Bad Religion's best records were in the 80s...

Title songs from one of the best punk albums of the 90s (slightly outside of the OPs criteria - 1991)
