Been listening to the Giraffe Tongue Orchestra album that just came out. Its a new supergroup featuring William Duvall of AIC and Brent Hinds from Mastodon. Duvall's vocals really shine on this one. I think you Alter Bridge fans would enjoy it.

Man, the production value is pretty bad on that album but holy shite can they play some metal! Awesome post.

also check out Big Jesus (another local ATL band) they're about to blow up. just signed by Good Charlotte and just put out their first full length. Sounds kinda like older QOTSA and singer kinda like Silversun Pickups
