Not necessarily better, but this guys got a ton of great acoustic covers (U2, Eagles, Elton John, Simon & Garfunkle, Floyd. Stones, Petty). Mike Masse - No Rain

Whoever said Counting Crows Big Yellow Taxi gets a big old I can see being annoyed by Joni Mitchell, but Adam Duritz pushing his voice and bringing in Vanessa Carlton or whoever it was on background just to sing "bop bop bop" is terrible.

Mike does have a good cover of No Rain. His singing is more impression than his own when listening to other covers.
