Unfortunately it was their only period of putting out records.
Such a sad day when that plane crashed.

Really sucks because Steve Gaines brought so much to the band. Would’ve been interesting to hear more albums with him being a key contributor.

The entire second album and last album have songs I’ve considered my favorites. MCA, the Breeze, I know a little all have excellent guitar work from everyone. Swamp music might be my overall favorite.

So many great songs to choose from.

One of my favorites that gets lost among all the other great songs is Mr. Banker (Demo Version).

It was a bonus track that was included on the 2001 reissue of the band's debut album, Pronounced 'Leh-'nérd 'Skin-'nérd.

Probably not many people’s favorite, but I have to say Workin’ For MCA. The main reason being so many of their concerts opened with it and there was no subtle lead in when it started. It was like a power jolt of drums and guitars and just set the tone for the rest of the show. I always enjoyed Gary and Billy, they were my favorite members.

For me, it's this one. It's not very well known, but the writing approaches Hank Williams levels of sorrow and regret, self searching.
It hits home with me big time.
What kind of songs were coming if things hadn't happened the way that they did?
Was I Right Or Wrong?
