#Blessed to be working from home since last spring, and it looks like it’s going to be a permanent thing. So when a new movie comes out on streaming or VOD, I always watch it first thing in the morning

Anyway, the guy who reply to my post is definitely right. I am about an hour and 45 minutes into this thing, and it is flying by just because of how turn your brain off, don’t take this thing seriously entertaining it is

Agreed. A 2.5 hour run time didn't seem long at all. There was always something going on and all the characters, though shallow, played their parts and were entertaining.

Just finished and didn't mind the run time. My only real knock is people are up in their feelings too much. Thr ending worked with his philosophical theory of what they were in

The end to me wrapped up a little too neatly.

I think if you helm a zombie project you have the luxury of being able to employ unlimited zombies. I don’t watch The Walking Dead but I can’t imagine when they end it’ll be like, oh we eradicated the world of zombies, let’s rebuild!

No man, that will never happen. So the fact that they kind of leave it open ended is fine but I think dude would probably have the common decency to kill himself.

Did I see a robot zombie? The ones with blue, glowing eyes. It got it's face shot off and it looked metal and was sparking

I thought it was a robot thing also but I think it’s just whatever mutation was in the alphas. Made their eyes glow blue and there was this metallic blue gunk in them.

Also...was the zombie king and queen having a baby?

Were the two main zombies from the beginning and throughout the movie the same thing? The first one looked way different and seemed way faster and strong in the opening scene.

Goddamn clocked it at 49 minutes into the movie when they actually get to the mission so much back ground build up so far, felt like they could’ve just stuck with the montage of the credits and cut all that in half

Watched 30 minutes and turned it off.

It’s utter horseshite.

Overly dramatic, overly CGI’d, overuse of slow motion, unlike able characters with shitty acting and plot.

Not fun enough to make this watchable for 2.5 hours.

Zombie land this is not.

I watched the movie, unfortunately it was a little over complicated. They tried doing too much with the story. They marketed it as a zombie movie, but it was more of a boring heist movie. I think if the zombies played a bigger role it could of been very good.

I do give a thumbs up to Zack Snyder for the cinematography. The camera shots are pretty good, the cgi felt better than some of the Snyder cut.

Lol. Did that ancient arse (caddie I think? Maybe a Buick?) really take out a military tractor trailer and cause a TNT level explosion? Jesus. Not four minutes in and there’s absurdity already.

It’s exhaustingly over convoluted. Some cool set pieces mixed in but sandwiched between massive lulls in the action

Jesus. This is taking forever to really begin.

There’s way too much goddamn buildup, lulls, and exposition for a zombie film. I’m bored AF thirty minutes in.

It was a frustrating watch. Very disappointing. I'm glad I didn't go to the theater to watch it..
