Twin Peaks - Lonely Souls (Season 2, Ep. 7) - Its the reveal episode, directed by David Lynch
Mad Men - The Monolith (Season 7, Ep. 4) - Just because it was the final season and still fresh in my mind but I remember thinking this could be the best episode yet.
Curb Your Enthusiasm - Palestinian Chicken (Season 8, Ep. 4) - Every single episode is nothing short of comedic genius so its tough to pick just one. Right now this one is probably my favorite.

Mad Men - Shut the Door. Have a Seat.
Such a great episode.
I'm also a big fan of Nixon vs. Kennedy. It's hilarious, covers major plot, and I think it really embodies what Mad Men is all about.

A lot of my favorites have been said, but I don think this one has yet. As heart wrenching as it was, it was a damn fine episode.

Lost - Pilot 1&2
This may be the greatest pilot ever IMO. It looks fantastic and is action movie quality. You meet all the major characters and get a glimpse of who they are right off the bat. I think it plays even better after you have seen the series.
