I think it ends up sort of like this. Daenerys takes the throne but brings peace to the lands and delegates "rulers" of different areas (Jon Snow in the North, etc.)

The Others will be vanquished, and the remaining leaders of men (Dany, JSnow, Rickon) will come to some kind of peace with the remaining CotF. Bran will broker this somehow through the trees.

I want it to be Tyrion with Bronn as his Hand and Jamie as the head of the Kingsguard. Dolores Edd, a reanimated Oberyn, and The Hound should make up at least some of the rest of the Kingsguard and small council. I'd watch that.

My theory....
The series will end with the survivors of the winter fleeing across the narrow sea to Essos. Littlefinger will rule in a disease stricken KL and is forced to pay tributes to the others ( much like Craster but on a larger scale). Dany, Stannis, Jon, and Tyrion have teamed up in Braavos to try and reclaim/save Westeros. They split up to Sothyros and the shadowlands to seek magic. Westeros is lost and ruled by evil. Except for small factions such as bran leading the CotF.

Stannis sits the iron throne with Davos as his hand. Jon is his warden of the north because Jon helps him defeat everyone and win the throne. tyrion is given casterly rock from Stannis and is warden of west after he convince Danny to return to essos after she and her dragons( who get ridin by dany Jon and tyrion) defeat the white walkers.she becomes queen of all the slaves and marrys sir jorah and they rule together. Sansa returns to kings landing and runs that shite after she kills Peter. Arya becomes a badass and keeps the peace by killing people for sansa. Bran is king north of the wall and does magical stuff. He names hodor his leg instead of hand for obvious reasons. The freys all get killed by Arya. The greyjoys become ruled by a fresh faced theon who gets revenge on the Boltons then theon pledges allegiance to jon
