The curb stomp scene is impossible to watch. The end of Requiem for a Dream is very difficult for me to watch. I completely lost my shite the first time I watched it and it's almost impossible to watch now. End of Terms of Endearment. End of the first My Girl.

SPOILERS BELOW!!!! ......for these movies:

1. When a Man Loves a Woman
2. Pursuit of Happyness
3. The Green Mile
4. My Life
5. UP

When a Man Loves a Woman - when they are fighting in their hallway and the little kid is quietly watching them and hugging her stuffed animal...it vividly reminds me of many nights during my early childhood. First time I saw this movie I was a total mess. Worst I've ever cried during a movie, hands down.

Pursuit of Happyness - ending moments of the movie. I have 2 sons and would do anything to ensure they are happy, even if it meant hiding the ugly truth. Overall awesome story. Not so much sad, but I balled my eyes out.

The Green Mile - John Coffey's execution. Powerful scene.

My Life - ending scene where the video tape is played of Michael Keaton talking to his family (after his death). This scene absolutely crushed me and I will never watch it again.

UP - the scenes near the beginning that show Carl Fredricksen and his wife growing older with her eventually dying. Cartoon, but the montage and the score were eloquently paired to ensure a theater full of crying patrons.

When Frodo leaves at the end of The Return of the King, fricking sad as frick

But nothing can prepare the body for the scene in Schindler's List where the Parents in the concentration camp discover where the truck full of kids are going. Mother of god I was depressed as frick after watching that movie

I can watch it, but one scene that speaks to me is at the end of "Blow", when he makes the tape recording for his dad to hear.

Misread OP at first

Ok...

The entirety of Lilya 4-Ever. Nothing good ever happens to the main character. It is THE MOST DEPRESSING MOVIE EVER MADE. No shite. This movie broke my soul.

The entirety of Grave of the Fireflies is a close second. This movie broke my heart.

The last half of Marley and Me. That damn dog dies for 45 minutes. And at his funeral when all the kids were saying stuff about Marley, the oldest kid just says "He knows".

Terms of Endearment when the daughter is suffering and in tremendous pain from cancer and her mom runs hysterical to the nurse's station, crying and screamining that they have to go give her daughter something for the pain NOW. Rips my heart out.

In a movie I never expected it from going in...Click.

The scene with his dad after he was dead and rewound to the office scene.

One of the final scenes with him on the ground in the rain talking to his kids.
