What Netflix series should I watch next?

I just finished watching Psych (awesome) on Netflix, and looking for suggestions on what series the Wife and I should get into next.
I've already seen Dexter, House of Cards, and 24, but that's pretty much it. We enjoyed all four of those.
Breaking Bad?
Mad Men?
Any others we should tackle first?

If you thought Psych was awesome you should watch Chuck. It's humor is similar in that there are lots of 80's childhood references and the humorous character interaction is why you watch the show more than the main story line.
What are you looking for? Completed series you can watch from the beginning, or series that are ongoing. There are a couple of good ones I liked that only have 1-2 seasons available. Arrow is a superhero series, but it's more Batman regular guy superhero than Superman magical superhero. I'm normally not very into comic book stuff but Season 1 of Arrow was a pretty face paced action show. Continuum is a good scifi show but there are only 2 seasons on NetFlix (Season 3 is currently on air)
If you like SciFi there are plenty of options. The most commonly recommended are:
Firefly + Serenity (1 season and the accompanying movie)
Battle Star Galactica
SuperNatural

Lost is much better on Netflix then waiting a week between episodes. It is not for everyone though and the show dragged in the end.
