What did you think of the Snowtown murders? I watched it a couple years back and always recommend to friends when they look for a dark movie.
The dark movie I always recommend is A Prophet.

Confessions of a Dangerous Mind-- I wanted to see it Bc I like Sam Rockwell, but I couldn't get into it. Just didn't enjoy the story or the setting. Quit halfway in.
Trainspottting-- I'd seen chunks of it and finally decided to watch it all. Now I remember why I never saw the whole thing. I hate junkie movies, and the thick accents made me even less interested.
Seven Pychopaths-- I really enjoyed this one. Just really fun.
And would y'all believe, the last two weeks I watched Animal House and Shawshank for the first time.

Saw Risen and Deadpool most recently. Was hoping to catch Only Yesterday this weekend, but it looks like a fairly limited release for now. Will probably see 45 Years instead.

Watched Caddyshack for the first time tonight. Watched The Godfather part 1 for the first time last week. I'll watch it again sometime soon. I can't believe how good it was.
