Yeah that chick was nuts.

Here are a few others I watched recently that I really enjoyed

-The House I Live In (war on drugs and how it affected the black community in particular)
-You're Gonna Miss Me (the life of the lead singer from the 13th floor elevators)
-Done the Impossible (story of Firefly and Serenity)

The House I Live In is really interesting and David Simon gives some great insight.

The Queen of Versailles. It's like watching a train wreck.

It's good, but it's not the documentary it presents itself as.

The Parking Lot Movie - Not sure if this is still on there. If you know Yo La Tengo, one of the members is featured throughout this movie. It's pretty good. Not an amazing documentary, but I enjoyed it.
Restrepo - Just fantastic.

Cropsey was really good and disturbing. About an urban legend of a boogeyman on Long Island. It turned out back in the 70s they shut down a mental institution and all of the former tenants ended up homeless in the woods around the place. And every teenager in the area would go to the institution to scare themselves or get drunk/smoke weed/try to get laid.

The joan rivers doc is kind of interesting. I think it was netflix that had a doc on F1 from beginning of it up through the late 70's.

If you like Woody Allen, the doc about him is great.

If you are interested in food or restaurants, I Like Killing Flies is a fascinating portrait of a unique cook in NYC.

That was pretty good. Actually changed my mind about what is considered a "frivolous" lawsuit.

The El Bulli documentary is good if you want to see the creative process behind their dishes.

Matter of Taste and Restauranteur are 2 more good documentaries about the restaurant world.

It was cool seeing a young Tom Colicchio, Floyd Cardoz, and Kerry Heffernan in Restauranteur.
