No. I edited. I understand it now. I really thought the "fever" was what killed Morgan's wife and Amy, but it wasn't so.

I'm not buying the Randall group. We've seen little of them. They could be written out for an infinite number of other groups at this point. And there is no way that Rick's group ends up in the prison, with that kind of group. We already know what they do and are capable of.

No. Just thinking out loud, but I am betting on a militant/police group of some kind, who has their own leader and their own sense of rules and order. I am not picturing a wild bunch of marauders like Randall's group, but a more organized operation, with a new dictator in charge. Something like General Bethlehem in "The Postman", or perhaps the soldiers at the mansion in "28 Days". They will want the women for breeding, but I don't see them as I would picture Randall's group.

Edit: Also... odds on when we start seeing cannibals? The shorter than we realized timeline is keeping this from being an issue so far I think.

I'm either betting the prison is where we meet "the governor" or the prison is empty with the exception of walkers locked up in the prisons and a few guards who died, then turned who are roaming the halls.

Well I think many of them do get a fever (Morgan's wife did), but I believe this has more to do with whatever infection they incurred from the bite/open wound.

In anycase my point is that technically the virus itself isn't fatal. It's only an issue once you die.

Don't ask. It was something of a spoiler that was dropped in one of the threads. I don't want any details yet myself. But it hasn't been dropped in the show that I know of.

Its a typical "Post Apocalyptic" thing to have in your movie... so, its not that big of a deal to know its coming, but I will wait till I see it on the screen.

He wasn't. I'm not really sure who this character is or what he does. The director/writers announced though that there is a character by this name and stated what actort was going to be this character. I don't think he's an actual governor though.

Doubtful. Randall said his people were about five miles away. Rick said he had been driving the truck on empty for an hour; I would assume they are about 30-60 miles away from the Farm now. It is doubtful the prison is where Randall's group is.

that's a good point i was beginning to think randall's group could be in the prison, but it looks less likely now.

randall's group served a purpose though, making them think the farm wasn't a safe haven after all, and of course led to the events of rick and shane and then drew the walkers there so they existed for a reason.

I mean it's possible. I haven't read spoilers so I don't really know. However, if they were truly driving for an hour from the site of Sofia it doesn't make sense that it would be Randalls group if they were supposedly only 5 miles away from the farm.

As someone else state though it is possible that Randalls group had since moved.

Its possible, but... it seems like the prison is a story that you could expand on quite a bit. which means if anyone is there, it will have to be someone that the rest of the group can co-habitate with....and we know Randall's group is not that kind of group.

So... if the prison is to be a big part of next season... then I don't see how Randall's group could be in it. Its got to be some group that they can appear to get along with at first...but then allow conflict to grow to a breaking point near the end of the season.

Just a guess.
