Nah. He needs CF around. Why do the whole dog and pony show?

He is legit broke. Why would he fake it? Unless he is trying to get a better deal on the buy in? That scene kinda confused me.

He paid 10M right? And now the guy was offering it to him for 7 back in? I need to rewatch it again.

lets not start this again. season 1 was full of red herrings. no reason to believe that season 2 would actually drop legit clues.

Man, this thread has more sandy vaginas in it than Rio de Janeiro.

It's pretty simple to stop watching the show if it's really getting your panties in such a bunch. Instead, some of you decide to critique the show during the episode. Really?
Not only do I not give a frick about what you crybabies think, I give less of a frick about your mid show whining taking up space in this thread.

Is this show above criticism? No, it isn't. But this show should garner enough leeway from last season to see it halfway through before judging it.

You'd almost think it was "The Following" the way some of you react.

As for the show itself, I think it is a much more complex storyline than last season and has the potential to really accelerate. CF was far and away killing it so far, and I'll be sad to see him go. I think McAdams is doing a great job playing a role we have never seen from her before. I don't have a problem w Vaughn. He will turn darker as the season goes on and I think he can pull it off. I'm not really into Kitsch's character, but if CF is done he should have time to hopefully blossom. It's too soon to write him off.

Why should we care at all about the crime? High powered government officials likely caught up in a human trafficking/extreme porn world that preys on young women seems like an interesting premise to me. Especially considering California is a porn Mecca. I'm also interested shining a light onto what really happens in order to make these videos that are so easily viewed on the internet. It's a sick seedy world that's easy to not think about.

Now we have the cops all having some issues with sex as alluded to in the first thread.
Really nice pick up on the picture of the crow in doctor's office. But it could be nothing just like we saw all the pictures around WH house that made everyone posit the daughter was involved in the cult.

I think and hope once more gets exposed we will have a reason to root for the police.

your blog suggests otherwise

I will continue watching the show and lol'ing at the parts that suck, I may even post about it here. When something good happens, I might post about that too. Cool?

So he kills Caspere at his 2nd home but shoots CF to get information about the crime scene???

He went to the crime scene BEFORE he gave CF the information. He either found something or he did not. But you could tell VV was mad at CF in the bar when he told him he is going to make him chief of police and CF told him no. CF has never talked back to him since he has been on VV's payroll. Once CF started talking back VV did not need him on the payroll anymore

Velcoro is not dead. I have an idea about why and who is behind it though.

Yeah, he's not dead. There was a scene in the trailer where he kicks some guy sitting at a table. Haven't seen that yet.

Because if any of his close associates role on VV to the Feds or the state all they would know is that VV was scrambling to find his money and that he was broke. This was a complete surprise to VV.

But VV already knew the money was gone and he was trying to find it and clean up any lose ends. VV was caught with his pants down with the city manager (no pun intended). How many other people had screwed him??

Also think he is alive although he shouldn't be

The line the the trailer "I want to know who shot one of my guys" not "killed" on of my guys.

You are right, but it all turned out to go nowhere and was a complete waste of time.

One person having a complaint is fine. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I had one post, hardly a blog. It's the blog-esque complainers I have issue with, not people like you.

The guy who was murdered was VV's in into the deal. He quoted the price as 10m to VV to buy in when the real price was only 7m. Then he just pocketed the extra 3m. Basically he was screwing VV over.

shouldn't he be showing a lot of psychopathic tendencies by now? Correct me if I'm wrong, but all we've seen him do is brood, look worried, yell once or twice about the Russians and Casper, and dialogue the shite out of every other scene he's been in. He's got to snap eventually, right?
He pointed CF in the direction of the rapist dude, knowing CF take care of that.

There was also the scene he set up where the 2 dudes rear ended the guy and beat him up.

He's the crime boss, he shouldn't be the one getting his hands dirty, that's what his underlings are there for. But he's calling the shots.
