she could've at least ended up w/ Eric

I would've even been happy with it wrapping all the way back around to her possibly ending up with Sam or something.

That may have been the worst show finale I've ever seen.

Well, thank god that the show's over and they put it out of my misery. What a fricking joke and I can't help but believe that my life will be richer not having it anymore.

I'm pissed.

frick this finale. And frick this show. That had the opportunity to be one of the most badass finales ever and they waste it on sappy feel good shite like a wedding and Sookie crying? frick that. HBO cheated us out of a good finale. I guess they had to make the end shitty too. Glad bill is dead though.

Eric's and Pam's dialogue was funny too. Poor Sarah, she's gonna be their bitch for the rest of her life. Good to see Jason get his happy ending. Look at sookie getting preggers with some random, what a slut.

I have only seen an episode or two, but my girlfriend is a devoted watcher. I could hear her in the other room cussing up a storm at the very end. She's now in tears. I'm guessing the end was shite show.

Think this is a safe bet. Not only finale, but final season wrap up. Complete dumpster fire.
I hope the writers suffer from severe carpal tunnel for the remainder of their days.

Good.

She should be upset like we are. They fricked this finale up bad and I didn't get any closure. Just feel good and sappy shite instead.

frick.

Well the Led Zeppelin song was good

At least that explains why the writing was terrible: Zeppelin masters to broadcast on TV are expensive. It was either that or, you know, pay the writers to make fricking sense.

I can get behind this only if the writers for true blood stay the hell away from it....

Eh, who the frick am I kidding? Every fricking thing associated with it needs to buried deep underground.

The "best" part of the finale was when they embraced the camp and ran with it (Pam and Eric).

This show wasn't meant to be sappy and feel good.

I laughed at how horrible the finale played out (which I 100% expected). It's almost like the writers caught a weird disease that forced them to rush and not think about the script. This shite belongs on soap daytime tv. In the history of tv, I have never seen such a stark contrast of S1 vs The end.

I would have had Godrick come back as a Jesus type figure and bring the fricking rapture with him.

I guess I'm in the minority. I thought it ended about as good as it could. I saw absolutely no way they could really go to make it a truly memorable finale as the last 4-5 seasons save for maybe last one have been pretty Meh. Everything was pretty wrapped up with most characters and Didn't really see any place for it to go after Bill gave Eric the light /dark speech about sookie and vampire kind. They probably could've done the will she/won't she a little better, but Meh it is what it is. At least the show ended in the same place that one of their first real encounters did.

And it wasn't as bad as that abortion of a dexter final season/episode. THAT was mailing it in.
