I'm glad Jake made it through again. He's not a great singer, so far, but any one of the bottom 3 could have gone for me.
I get a kick out of how surprised he is when he makes it through. I like Josh, Kristen and Grimmie. As long as they stay, I'm good.

Am I crazy I still love listening to this. If this happened in the finals I think it would have sealed the deal.

You got a little crush?
Nah, it's a hot.

Nope my crush was on Tess and I love Kat. I just like what she did with this song so much. Drake must be pissed she did it better than he did.
I know it's business but as a non-apple drone I wish this was available on googleplay.

Grimmie is a cutie for sure though, she's what, 20?
So pretty close to me in age, and she's a gamer, which is even cooler.

I grew to HATE Bria, her voice drove me insane. Got old quick, sounded like she was always yelling the lyrics. Glad she is gone for sure.
Was my favorite after the blinds.
But then in every song, I think she was just trying to be Janis Joplin. Her style NEVER changed, regardless of song choice.
She wasn't very good and I agreed with the coaches.
I know you guys don't like the "over-singing" but Susaundra is fricking incredible, IMO. That woman can sing anything. Yes, VERY powerful and that's her MO, but she can also tone down a bit. I thought she did perfectly fine with the Steve Perry song.
I hated the chick that sung the Reba song. Thought she butchered the song.

I was thinking the very same thing when she was singing it.

etm512's Completely Pointless and Unofficial Power Rankings That You Will Be Subjected To So DWI (or the EMT512SCPAUPRTYWBSTSDWI):
1. Grimmie - on top right now and has America behind her
2. Sissaundra - a force but needs to watch that she doesn't start to annoy everyone
3. Audra - KILLED it this week. Could even say 2
4a. Delvin
4b. Josh
6. Kristen
7. Jake - holding back too much. When he opens up he has a good voice.
8. Kat
Bria - peaked in the blinds. When she went off like a mad woman in that performance it was awesome. However she continued to struggle big time with her control when she wasn't doing that, especially in her lower register. She hit one note on Monday night that was pretty awful.
Tess - just never had that moment they always talk about. Solid singer but really a dime a dozen when it comes to this show

You have Hobbit Josh essentially fifth?
GTFO.

I like what you did there, gonna try my hand at it..
1. Christina Grimmie - She's been my favorite from my first post (since I saw her on youtube around this time last year). Not only is she insanely talented, she's done so many covers of the years of her youtube-ing that she has an unbelievable repertoire of highly polished performances to pull from at any moment.
2. Josh - Even when the song choice may not have been the best, he has been spot on with every note. He just needs to work on opening up more.
3. Audra - One of the best classic country voices ever to hit the show. While Jake is country and has a classic sound, her skill level is so far beyond his that it's not even a contest.
4. Sisaundra - She has incredible power and great control, but as stated in another post... when you are over-singing Steve Perry you really need to consider reigning it in a bit.
5. Kristen - This week was her worst performance thus far and I put it more on song choice than her ability. She has a good tone to her voice and is pretty accurate with her pitch but she's just not in Audra's league pitch-wise and range-wise... yet.
6. Jake - After three bad performances (the two this week and one last week), his star has fallen greatly. He makes it this far up the list only because of his very obvious potential and his personality.
7. Kat - While Jake's star is falling, Kat's is on the rise (at least to me). Her last three performances have been rock-fricking-solid. The only thing that's holding her back from being higher up the list is that I wasn't impressed with her until these last performances. If she keeps knocking them out of the park like she has been the past two weeks I could see her at the finals.
8. Delvin - He has the kind of performances that keep me believing that something great is just about to happen, but then it never does. It's great to see how far he and Jake have come though since their first times out neither got a single chair turn.
With all this said, the two most at risk next week (imo) are Delvin and Jake. Delvin hasn't really impressed me and Jake has been getting sympathy votes. At this point in the game the viewing public has their favorites so performances (and the iTunes buys) become really, really important.

"Shak" said something about her having such a unique voice, and all I could think was, "yeah, except for every other wannabe pop star out there."

I think the final three should be Christina, Hobbit Josh, and Audra. Audra should be third, with it coming down to Hobbit Josh and Christina, and I assume CG will win based on her built-in fan base.
Sisaundra is awesome, but not exactly what should win the show. Kristen is good too, and she has sort of an underdog vibe to her (gay, the whole microphone incident, being so shy, etc.) Delvin and Kat are good, but not good enough to win and shouldn't get a chance to. And I love Jake, but he's out of his league at this point.
Jake should've sang GS's The Chair this week IMO.

She almost literally tells that to everybody. You could plug this in dubbed over her time to speak:
"You have such a great quality to your voice...it's such a unique voice, and you have such great falsettos and vibratos. I love you and am such a fan of yours."
..and never miss a beat with her comments about any of the singers.

You could really shuffle my 2-5 and I wouldn't mind. To me it's that close between those 4

If he wants to keep sticking around, he needs to break out some "Always On My Mind" and "The Dance" in a hurry.

I was thinking maybe "Thunder Rolls". He tends to get a bit too nasally for my tastes, he needs something that will get him away from that.

Sisaundra was good, but it was the same old big voice singing.
Josh gave me goosies. I just love his tone and he was into that song. He was feeling it so I felt it too. He sold it. Loved it.
