Most of the ones I would have thought of have been listed:

Bobby Brown in GBII
Danny Glover in Maverick
Lance Armstrong in Dodgeball

Good calls on Martin Sheen and Charleton Heston.

Sean William Scott in Old School was another good one to add to the list.

Maybe not an all-time one, but Emma Stone in Friends with Benefits was pretty damn funny.

I remember watching Orange County and thinking it was horrible. But I liked him in shite like Saving Silverman (obviously), Airheads, Shallow Hal, IKWYDLS2, School of Rock, Be Kind Rewind, Kung Fu Panda, etc. He was corny in King Kong, but I think he was supposed to be.

Let's not forget High Fidelity. Love that movie.

And Orange County is hilarious if for no other reason than John Lithgow yelling at a guy on the phone: "If you do this, I will eat. Your. FACE!" He has such perfect delivery.

Red Skeleton has a cameo placing a bet in Oceans Eleven.

Doesn't Bruce Willis do a similar one in the remake?
